It is also very important for you to use an autoresponder. This is because it will save you a lot of time. And it is pointless to respond or send messages to the subscribers one by one.
Because there are so many people who will send spam messages to the others. A lot of people will set up a spam filter for their email client. The ISP will also set some spam filters to block the spams. To this end you need to know if your messages will be blocked by the filters. You may try to change the title and the contents of your message if it is blocked.
You should give some useful information to your subscribers otherwise they will lose the interest to read your messages receiving them for a few times. You can write something related to the products you are promoting. You may also try to write some how-to’s in your message.
You should add your signature file at the end of each message you send. You will miss the point of send messages to your subscribers if you do not include your signature.
Concerning your signature file, it is suggested that it should not be more that five lines. Be sure to include your name, email, company name and URL in it.
You have to make sure that you are compliant to the Law about spams. To this end you have to leave your physical address and the real name in your messages. You are also required to add a link for people to unsubscribe in case they want to do so.
